WATER: The City of Shelbina maintains
and owns its own water system:
- Deposits: Twice the average
bill. The previous 12 months bill is average then doubled
to arrive at the deposit for the property.
- Due: Bills are due by the
15 th of each month without penalty. Services are subject
to immediate disconnection and a reconnection charge of $10
if between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm and $25 if after 3:00 pm.
